Brainstorming and Developing
Ideate
Over the week between class I began to take a couple of my thumbnails to develop further. I began to develop the ideas of the range of applications available for smartphones etc and how they're beginning to take over peoples lives. I've heard of people who would rather check their notifications and feeds on social media rather than have breakfast in the morning. I have personally in the past been similar to this and would not last over a couple of hours without being able to check the internet. Since then it's improved and I wanted to work with this idea of moderation and not letting social media take over basic life moments or possibly major moments in life that you wont ever get back. Dont make social media become an addiction.
I also re-watched the Generation Like documentary to take notes to use in my project further down the line. Using ideas from this and the previous paragraphs I came together to form a few draft posters to take to class.
